Abi

Some of you already know me but for those who don’t I’m Abi and I’m an Astronomy, Astrophysics and Space Science graduate from the University of Kent but have lived most of my life in Trimley. I know what you’re thinking, what does Astrophysics have to do with fitness? Absolutely nothing! Unless you want to go into Physics of things, but I wouldn’t! Fitness just became a big hobby of mine while at uni and I decided to continue my studying in personal training instead, and I’ve got even more courses lined up so watch this space!

Once I’d completed my degree, before working here, I went over to Florida to work for Disney World, yet another totally unrelated job, but I’m always travelling and I’m always looking for something exciting to fill my days! You only live once, right?

And on that note, we do only live once so why not be in the best shape you can be? I hated waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror and thinking ‘ew’… so one day I got up, got a gym membership, bought some healthy food and a few months later I was 2 stone lighter and so much happier! And that’s all down to my old personal trainer, some commitment by me and finally, the weights, which I now can’t stay away from! So, if any of you ladies (or gents) want to lose a few pounds, or get into lifting some weights, let me know, as I’m happy to set up some lifting sessions
