Yes - you can book the Personal Trainer for your own training session per hour.
Yes - you can use the gym without an induction, as long as you have completed the medical Par-Q Form which is emailed to you after you sign up or the Waiver form.

No - the gym is closed during these holidays throughout the year.
No - the gym is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
No - there is NO CONTRACT to sign up and use the gym.
Yes - you can pause your monthly gym payment indefinitely by giving us 10 working days notice before your next payment date.
You can cancel your gym membership by contacting us 10 working days before your next payment date.
No - an Annual Membership is non-refundable if you use the gym.
Our direct debit 'Rolling Month Membership' is generally the best value, but you can get an even better value membership, if you purchase the 'Annual Membership', by paying in full for 12 months for the price of 10.
